Marco Franco is a self-taught musician, composer and visual artist. He began his career in 1986, moving through rock and jazz, and collaborating in multiple projects as a drummer. He is also a founding member of Mikado Lab and Montanhas Azuis.

Since the release of Mudra, Marco Franco has demonstrated a need to make a second album of originals and so continue the piano approach.

Arcos is Marco Franco’s latest work and is described as a crossroads of a new time where concepts touch and transform something new into a timeless result. The artist feels it is unprecedented from the current perspective of his most recent musical expression, since Marco Franco has had a more assiduous record in rock and jazz.

The artist reinforces the idea that he finds inspiration in the rupture of a world that will change, and therefore art will also adapt, and Marco Franco is in that moment of transition and observation.
