The SPHS style of music refers to the Dark wave, Goth Rock and Post punk sounds of the 70s / 80s.
All this mixed with a modern and luxurious image/dress between punk decadence and the fetish world.
SPHS practice a sound that moves all the senses between the wave of sonic pleasure to the dance floors, having sex or just being with someone you love, a sensory experience in concert.
The sphs’ shows are intense and striking, with a very visual component. SHE PLEASURES HERSELF IS AN ODE TO WOMAN.
Scenic art, FASHION, VIDEO and music combined with performance are the great assets of SPHS.

She Pleasures Herself are from Lisbon. Formed in 2016. The band is composed by: David Francisco, synths / guitars / bass; Nuno Francisco, drums / programming; Nuno Varado, voice and Letícia Contreiras, bass / synths. The band’s debut album is called fetish and was EDITED in December2016 in cd and vinyl formats with the label of the French label manic depression records, in June 2019 the second album was also published on the same label. This year, 2021, will have our third album called “Latex” yet without a scheduled date.
