“When I came to the surface, I found Paulo Borges contained in years of interpretations by others and asked him, as in a lonely island, what he wanted to create; an archipelago left us, probably one of the Azores that already flew over us with the sounds of the sea, the failure of the waves on the rocks and the crustacean battering of the muscles of the “errant animals”, which we respect. ” Rui Reininho

20.000 Éguas Submarinas is the title of the album released in June and exposes Rui Reininho to the summit of his essence.

Rui Reininho has both his own and the unusual, both among the living, and among the memories of the dead that marked us. After the infamous “Companhia das Índias” (2008), the new album “20.000 Éguas Submarinas” will soon reach our thirsty hands.

Produced by Paulo Borges, together they planned a journey through the confines of the seas that had already been sailed, step by step, trotting, galloping, moth and flight, as an escape from deep corals, but not as deep as the liberation exercise that will be revealed.
