Violence and intransigence in children’s education, perpetuates sexist stereotypes and ideals that hinder social evolution, and personal freedom, for men, women, for all.
This exhibition illustrates the responses given by 120 men, between the ages of 18 and 60, to the question: “What have you been told you could not do, or had to do, just for being a boy / man?”.
After the exhibition “Uma Menina Não” in the edition of Jardins Efémeros in 2018, the author proposes a reflection on the same theme, structural machismo, in the male version.
