Collaborative project motivated by the idea that an installation can transport the spectator out of the exhibition space. This occurs in a sensorial way, dealing with immediate reactions, based on what the observer sees, what he smells, what he feels and what the brain does with this information, associated with states of mind, moments, memories. The sensory capacity that transports from place to place, from the outside to the inside, or from the inside to the outside. That is why sometimes inside it is outside and its reverse.
The pair consists of two young portuguese artists, Mariana Tudela and Pedro Farinha Fernandes. A similar approach to artistic creation and visual and plastic development leads to the exploration of ideas together, in a close relationship with each other and with the materials with which they work. The couple has been working together for some time, having developed, in addition to plastic work, scenographic work for musical events and, more recently, a video clip. Since 2017, they have been an integral part of the Micro Clima Association, an organization of dynamism and cultural expression.
